Hi team,

I put yesterday afternoon and today into a major editorial pass. I started in a new doc to give myself room to reorganize, then worked v3's content into the new structure rather than editing in place. I tried to account for all the open comments as best I could. Some comments were integrated directly, while others required interpretation.

The biggest structural move is in Section 3, which now frames a language's situation through the three independent lenses:

1. ARI Class for current technical presence in AI ecosystems
2. Capability Tier for what AI uses the data can support
3. Cultural Richness Class for how faithfully AI represents the language and culture

v3 had these as three overlapping scales; the rewrite treats them as complementary perspectives, paired with the CARE Gap Analysis (renamed from AIR) for governance readiness. There's also a new Executive Summary up top stating the thesis directly.

The pass focused on trimming redundancies and improving the flow of ideas without cutting significantly. About 2,000 words lighter, now around 15,000.

Best,
Will
