Dear members of the MVD WG,

It is now time to vote to select your chair(s) and to adopt the proposed WG operating procedures which were reviewed during meeting#2 on 20 November.

The only confirmed volunteer for the role is Sabina Jasinska, whose statement is attached. CODI and the MVD Steering Committee support Sabina's candidature .

Amin and Shreedeep both let me know they did not want to pursue the role.

Clarian, James and Fredrick had indicated their interest for the role in their initial application to join the group, but haven't confirmed their interest since the group was formed.
