Centralized working document & revised work plan

Dear all,

In case you missed it in the minutes of last week's call, I have prepared a centralized working Google doc where you can all start collaborating on the various definitions etc. that are scheduled for early January. 

For those of you who were not present in the last call, feel free to self-assign to the topics that you'd like to contribute to in the revised work plan.

Hi team!

Per our last conversation, I've put together a proposal outlining a possible economic model and implementation approach for advancing the MVD Working Group's goals.

I've added a document called Operational Model for Low-Resource Language AI to the Work-In-Progress folder for comments and discussion. It’s intended as a concrete starting point rather than a finished spec.

I'll be mostly on vacation until Dec 23-Jan 1 and Jan 7-14, but I'm looking forward to continuing the discussion and doing great work together in 2026!
