chair selection

Dear members of the MVD WG,

During meeting #2 last week, the group agreed to proceed to an on-line vote to select its chair(s). At this time, only one of you has confirmed their interest for the role of chair: Sabina. 

I will extend the deadline by another day before I open the vote - if you are interested in the role, please let me know and send me your statement before tomorrow, November 26, 16:00 UTC.
