CODI MVD WG Meeting#2 minutes

Dear all,

Thank you to the members of the working group who were able to join the 2nd call of the CODI MVD Working Group on 20 Nov 25. 

The minutes of the meeting are attached and/or can be viewed here, including AI-generated notes, transcript, chat and recording. 

Action Items

1. Nathalie will ask chair candidates to send a quick written statement to share with the group, and will organize an online vote for the election of the chairs and the adoption of the operating procedures.
2. Nathalie will set the next meeting to be on Wednesday of next week at the third rotation time, which will be 21 UTC.
3. All members to review the proposed charter in preparation for the next call.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to work with CODI on the linguistic empowerment dataset initiative. It’s a cause I genuinely believe in, and I’m grateful to have been able to contribute to work that aligns so strongly with my values.

At the moment, however, I’m juggling several commitments, and I’m afraid I won’t be able to participate in regular calls or contribute at the level I would want to. Given this, I wanted to check if it might be possible for me to shift to an observer status. I’d love to stay affiliated, remain connected to the developments, and continue supporting the project in any way that is feasible for me.
