Hello Commissioners.  The following email was sent to you through the County's website.  I've asked Community Development Director Rebecca Everette or a member of her team to provide you with the details regarding Mr. Daggett's questions so you can follow up.

Good Day Commissioners -
I am writing to hopefully get some clarity on the agreement between Larimer County and the developer of the Stroh Gravel Pit.
Based on what I read in the Development Agreement dated 8/2/23, signed and dated by Jody Shadduck McNally, the agreement is no longer valid if the stated use of the property does not begin within 3 years of the signing of the document.
Page 3, item 4.1 is where I read this statement. I cannot find any other information regarding the agreement., either on the DRMS website or county websites.
Based on what I read, I can only assume that the gravel pit will not commence. Please advise.
Also please expand on the planned 6 day water trial, from 3/22/27-3/29/27, between Coulson and the State of CO.
Thank you much for your time and attention.
Regards,
Todd H. Daggett
