Thank you again for your work this week. We are making real progress, and our next meeting will be an important one.

To help us prepare, I am sharing a working draft for your review. You will get a link in a separate email.

This document is intended solely as a negotiation prep tool. It is not final; it does not reflect agreement on any issue, and it should not be read as a finished product. Its purpose is to capture the key elements of our discussions to date so we can test them, refine them, and focus our conversation for next Wednesday morning.

As you review it, please focus on the themes, substance, and areas where the document needs adjustment or further development. At this stage, I am not looking for edits to voice or style. I am looking for constructive feedback that helps us sharpen the issues, identify gaps, and advance the discussion.
