Good evening all,

You're receiving this email from me to let you know that parts of your community is in the area of concern for tomorrow's PSPS event. The final decision to proactively turn power off to our customers ahead of tomorrow's wind event, will be made in the AM (likely between 6-8am). We expect to execute the PSPS beginning around 10am.

Please see the attached press release. This PSPS event is estimated to impact roughly 50,000 customers across the Front Range. We expect the weather to improve/winds to lessen toward 6pm, however, this does not mean power will automatically be restored at 6pm. We must manually have crews patrol each section of line before we re-energize to ensure no fire is started. Given the forecasted weather, it is likely other outages not tied to the PSPS will occur throughout the area, requiring our crews to address those as well.

Please see the public facing outage map: Xcel - Outage Map As of now, the areas that will have power turned off tomorrow are INSIDE THE BLACK DOTTED LINE.

The communities impacted at this time are: Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor, and Berthoud, spanning Larimer & Weld Counties.

Because I am on paternity leave, I am including my colleagues Grace Ramirez and Blair McGary. They will be helping me respond to things tomorrow. Grace's cell is: 303-877-8173, and Blair's cell is: 970-485-0943

Please ensure your constituents stay up to date by following the outage map page, our event website, and social media channels. Please consider sharing our messaging via your social media platforms.

We expect to have more updates in the AM.

Thank you all.
