US 36 Estes Park to Boulder Sign Replacement Project

Traffic Update August 24 through 29

Traffic Impacts
- Night-work Sunday 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- US Highway 36 intermittent one-lane alternating traffic from MP 1, near Manford Avenue in Estes Park, to MP 7.5, near Muggins Gulch Lane south of Estes Park
- Night-work Monday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- US 36 intermittent one-lane alternating traffic from MP 1, near Manford Avenue in Estes Park, to MP 7.5, near Muggins Gulch Lane south of Estes Park
Work will consist of drilling and pouring sign foundations. There will be no work Friday, August 29 through Monday, September 1 in observance of Labor Day.

About the Project
The sign replacement project will take place along US Highway 36 from Estes Park near the US 34/US 36 intersection, Mile Point 0, to Boulder near Jay Road, MP 34. Crews will remove approximately 660 signs and install approximately 900 new signs and sign posts.
