CCI Regional meeting

Good Afternoon Commissioners,

I'm giving everyone a heads-up that Heather has been asked to present our CQI work during this meeting so that the JBC members in attendance will be aware of what we're doing to reduce the SNAP error rate. Her attendance seems in "line" with past direction provided by the board; however, please let me know if something has changed.  The meeting is this Friday, August 7th.
