Good afternoon Jody and all,

Please find the draft testimony for SB26-155 here. We have framed your remarks as coming from CCAT, with a reference to Larimer County's membership in CC4CA.

You should already have your registration link, but let me know if we can support you with it in any way. This bill is 4 of 4 on the committee calendar tomorrow, and we'll keep you in the loop as we learn more about timing.

Thanks so much,
Lindsay

Good evening Jody and all,

We just received an update that the amendment we were working with the sponsors on will be presented tomorrow! I've made minor updates to your testimony to reflect this - see the full language below. Essentially, the state is committing to sharing the study's results with the legislature and the general public - the study is too important not to be shared.

Thanks!
Lindsay

Jody, it is our pleasure to support you in this way, and I'm so glad to hear Commissioner Conway has been a great partner. His and his team's quick response to our amendment request and other questions were greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for showing up today,
Lindsay

Dear Lindsay, Heidi, Devon, and Anita,

Thank you for the support and clarification about how I can reference CC4CA in my testimony. I appreciate the efforts and work.
I told Commissioner Conway I would be there in strong support after last year's efforts were unsuccessful. Commissioner Conway has been a great partner to me and has shown up in Larimer County to help our communities understand the challenges and solutions.

Warm regards,
Commissioner Jody Shadduck-McNally
