COPE Classroom Online Facilitator Training

Ready to shift the way your community understands and responds to poverty?

Built alongside leaders who have lived the realities of poverty, the Cost of Poverty Experience (COPE) creates a space to challenge assumptions, spark meaningful dialogue, and ignite action.

Rewriting poverty narratives unlocks new pathways to progress. Trust—the true currency of change—builds when systems shift from transaction to connection. The lived wisdom of people in poverty is not optional; it is essential to transformation.

Whether you’re a returning organization adding more facilitators or new to COPE, this certification training will prepare you to lead this interactive experience in your community. Don’t miss your chance to become a licensed COPE Facilitator and join a network of change agents reshaping how communities understand and respond to poverty!

Our next class begins on November 10th

Welcome Webinar: November 17th @ 3pm EST

Closing Webinar: December 15th @ 3pm EST

$500 per Facilitator

We all believe in the impact of COPE and we want as many people to participate as possible.

Certified facilitators will agree to lead a minimum of two COPE trainings per year.

If you’re part of an organization with multiple facilitators, your organization will commit to hosting at least two COPES in 2026, and each certified facilitator will agree to facilitate or co-facilitate at least one of these per year.
