reapplying to Planning Commission

Commissioner,

It is time for me to reapply for the Planning Commission and I would like to talk with you about this in light of my past absences and meeting conflicts. Can we set up a phone call please? If possible tomorrow or Friday as I need to apply by Sunday it seems. If this is not possible for you, I will reapply and we can discuss this at a time more convenient for us both.
