Connection Needed: Behavioral Health Secure Transport Licensing

Good afternoon, Commissioners. I am contacting you this afternoon to ask for assistance in connecting me with the person in your county that is responsible for licensing secure transportation services for people experiencing a behavioral health crisis. There is a bill proposal from the “Treatment of Persons with Behavioral Health Disorders in the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Systems” interim committee that seeks to transfer licensing responsibilities from the counties to the state (page 4, lines 11 - 26 in the attached bill draft). I am trying to track down information on how counties have structured the licensing process and what the licensing fees look like.
