Nancy Gedeon is the estimates demographer at the Colorado State Demography Office which provides demographic and economic data for use by state agencies, local governments, the business community, and non-profit organizations throughout Colorado. Nancy produces the annual population estimates and gives presentations on state and local demographic trends. She has experience with local government and community development from her 14 years as a demographic analyst for Douglas County, Colorado, and is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). She has a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a master's degree in urban planning and development from Cleveland State University.
