Signature Request – Senatorial Funding Support

Hi Commissioner Shadduck-McNally,

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to follow up with a quick request—this time related to senatorial (federal) congressional funding, separate from the legislative support request I previously shared.

Sunrise Community Health is seeking FY2027 Congressionally Directed Spending through Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper to expand family medicine and dental services at the North Loveland Community Health Center. I’ve attached the draft letter along with an addendum signature page.

If you’re willing to support this request, all that’s needed is your signature on the addendum page and a return email at your convenience. Our deadline for this request is March 27^th.

Your support helps demonstrate strong community backing to our senators as they consider these requests.
