Join Us For A Special Open House

Nearly 15 years ago, YMCA of the Rockies formed a task force to consider the impact of rising housing costs in our communities and to explore alternative solutions to address this growing challenge. After numerous considerations, ranging from constructing housing onsite to providing mortgage support, we finally reached a solution last week when we completed the purchase of Glacier Lodge to be used as rental housing for our year-round, benefited staff. This purchase is a commitment to and investment in the YMCA staff community and I invite the Estes Park community to join us in celebration.

Please join us this Friday, February 4 from 3 p.m- 5 p.m. at Glacier Lodge, 2166 Highway 66 to celebrate this workforce housing solution within the Estes Valley. While these units will be prioritized for YMCA staff, this investment in our staff is also an investment in the development of long-term residents and families who contribute to the enrichment of the Estes Park community. Refreshments and tours will be available.
