Dear EELU members,

Good afternoon! I hope everyone had a great weekend!

The deadline for the 2025-2026 EELU policy priorities survey has been extended to Wednesday, October 29th!  To access the EELU 2025-2026 policy priorities survey, click here. Please complete the survey by Wednesday, October 29th at 12:00 PM ET.

As you know, each of NACo’s policy steering committees annually vote on their federal policy priorities. The top priorities of each committee are presented to NACo’s Board of Directors, which sets the organization’s overall policy priorities based on the committees’ selections. The policy priority process also guides each committee’s internal focus and external advocacy efforts. Our legislative agenda is based on our EELU policy platform and resolutions in the American County Platform, so your input is vital to ensuring our policy priorities are as inclusive as possible.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. If you have already completed the survey please disregard this email.

Thank you,

Charlotte
