Kerri,

Attached is our response.  We have also copied the County Commissioners in this email because of your lack of response to our specific questions.

Our most recent communication regarding the response to the county/city’s offer for the purchase of our property was completely ignored in the latest response.  

None of the issues that we brought to your/their attention was addressed in the most recent response that we received.  It appears that nothing other than the date of the letter has changed from the original offer letter.  

It is for this reason, we are re-submitting our questions because of your dereliction of responsibility in answering our questions appropriately.

The safety issues raised are of utmost importance, seeing as how we just had another crash (directly in front of 3800 S. Taft Hill Rd.) October 8th, 2024 at approximately 8:15 a.m. between a semi and a car.  The crash ended up on the property at 3800 S. Taft Hill Rd.  

Please see the attached letter.  

We ask that the county take this seriously and respond accordingly.
