San Diego Land Lawyers is pleased to announce the addition of Mo Sammak as the firm’s new Director of Engineering, Land Development and Infrastructure. In this role, Sammak will lead the firm’s in-house engineering, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance practice and support the firm’s mission of delivering innovative and practical land use solutions for its clients.
With a distinguished career spanning 30 years in engineering and land development, Sammak brings extensive expertise in project management, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning. Prior to joining San Diego Land Lawyers, he held key leadership positions at The City of San Diego and the City of Solana Beach, where he spearheaded major engineering projects and contributed to the advancement of land use practices.

Sammak holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Hydraulic and Geotechnical Engineering from San Diego State University. Sammak is a licensed professional engineer. His deep understanding of California’s complex land use and environmental regulations positions him as a valuable asset to both the firm and its clients.
