View this email in your browser   OAK 140 GRAND OPENING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2023 | 2-4 P.M. 149 REMINGTON STREET Housing Catalyst and the Downtown Development Authority invite you to celebrate the grand opening of Oak 140. This beautiful new mixed-use building is home to 79 affordable apartments in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins.  The grand opening will begin with a brief ceremony followed by tours and light refreshments. We are hoping to get an accurate headcount as our event space is limited. RSVP by Friday, February 10 to tell us whether or not you plan to attend. Please enter through the doors at 149 Remington Street on the east side of the building. Parking is available in the Oak and Remington Parking Lot south of the building or in the Old Town Garage.
