Jury Summons - Out of Country / Request for Assistance

I recently found out that I had a jury summons delivered to my residence in Wellington, Colorado. I am currently out of the country and have been for several months, so I wasn't aware of the summons when it got mailed to my house.

Unfortunately, the physical summons was misplaced before I was able to look at it. I’m trying to confirm my juror number, reporting date, and what my next steps are.

My name is Max Willner, and the letter would have been sent to 3802 Hackberry St., Wellington, CO, 80549.

Could you please help me retrieve my jury service information and advise me on how to proceed with this, given that I'll be out of the country?
