On behalf of the above referenced Districts, and pursuant to the Service Plan, we are submitting the 2021 Consolidated Annual Report for your consideration, which conveys information concerning the Districts’ progress in implementing the Service Plan.  The 2021 Consolidated Annual Report is also being filed with the Division of Local Government, State Auditor’s Office, Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, Larimer County Board of County Commissioners, and the Town of Windsor pursuant to Section 32-1-207(3)(d), C.R.S. 

The 2021 Annual Report is being sent to the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder pursuant to Section 32-1-207(3)(c), C.R.S. for public inspection only; not for recording.
