Leadership Transition - The Ranch Events Complex

Dear Colleagues,

I trust this message finds you in good health and spirits.

Having joined The Ranch in October 2022, my tenure here may seem relatively brief, especially compared to many of you who have dedicated a longer period to our organization. Witnessing the profound impact one can have within this community and colleagues' lives is genuinely inspiring.

Today, I must share news of a significant change concerning one of our most valued team members. After two decades of exemplary service, Mark Tinklenberg will be transitioning from The Ranch to pursue an exciting new opportunity at FCI, starting in May 2024.

Mark’s journey here has been extraordinary. From his initial roles at Spectra to his leadership as the General Manager of our campus, his contributions have been pivotal. Mark’s transformative influence, leadership, and unwavering commitment have greatly enhanced our operations and team spirit.

On behalf of everyone at The Ranch, I extend our deepest appreciation to Mark for his dedication and outstanding service. Mark, your efforts have been instrumental to our success, and while we will miss your presence, we fully support your new venture with FCI and wish you all the best.

Please join me in conveying our heartfelt gratitude to Mark for his loyal service, dedication, and the indelible mark he has left on The Ranch. We will celebrate Mark’s contributions and bid him farewell at the Voodoo Ranger Lounge on April 10 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The gathering will feature a cash bar and appetizers in a relaxed setting, focusing on camaraderie rather than formal speeches.

Mark will officially leave us on May 3, 2024. Let's support him during this transition period and ensure a seamless handover.

Thank you, Mark, for your invaluable contributions to The Ranch. Your legacy will continue to motivate and inspire us. We wish you nothing but success in your future endeavors.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for everyone's thoughtful words and congratulations. Reading Conor's kind words and the messages from all of you has brought a mix of emotions, as I reflect on the incredible journey I've had at The Ranch and the wonderful colleagues that have made it so special.

I am genuinely excited about the opportunities ahead, and I carry with me the valuable experiences and lessons learned during my time at The Ranch and the county.

As I prepare for this new chapter, I will always hold The Ranch close to my heart.
