Good afternoon, Board!

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is committed to a Results Driven Management System (RDMS) that highlights and measures the important work across the department. One of the department-wide measures includes our focus and dedication to community engagement, which is where our partnerships with our board and commission members come into play. 

CDHS values the relationships we have with our board and commission members and we want to measure how we're engaging with you! We have developed a five question survey (Google Form) to help us better understand our engagement efforts.

Your response is anonymous and we would greatly appreciate you taking five minutes of your time to complete this short survey. The results will not only inform the department's next steps in how we enhance work with board and commission members, but also how we engage the broader public as a whole. Please complete this survey by May 8th, 2026.
