REMINDER: Beginning July 2024 - City of FC Stormwater Project to impact 200 W. Oak

As a quick reminder, this scheduled Stormwater Project by the City of Fort Collins will soon begin.  The information attached below provides more specific information, including contact information with the City in case any questions or concerns arise.  Parking along Oak St. will be unavailable for several months, but the main parking lot at 200 W. Oak will remain available.

Good evening - 

We met today with City of Fort Collins staff and learned about a very large capital project expected to begin in July 2024.  The Oak Street Stormwater Improvement Project will result in the closure of Oak Street between Howes and Mason for about four months.  Heather McDowell will manage the project for the City and, if necessary, can be reached on her cell at 970-218-9225.  Michael Bussmann with City Economic Development can also assist and his cell is 970-416-2307.  

The attached document/brochure provides helpful detail about the project.  Please note the contact number listed for Heather McDowell in the brochure is actually a dedicated phone number for the Oak Street project. This will go to voicemail where Heather will return calls.
