We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for a special event hosted by the Northern Colorado Construction Sector Partnership (NOCOCSP).

We spend roughly one-third of our adult lives in the workplace, and those hours shape a significant part of our human experience. When we lean into curiosity about how team members feel seen and valued, we open the door to organizations that thrive and sustain for the long haul.

At NOCO CSP, our mission is to improve the construction industry experience in Northern Colorado by identifying real-world challenges and offering practical resources to navigate them. We believe meaningful change starts when people feel they matter.

We invite you to join us for an engaging session with Zach Mercurio, author of The Power of Mattering, as we explore what changes when “mattering” becomes central to how we lead, work, and connect.

This conversation will explore how shifting focus toward the person behind the profession can lead to:

  • Stronger engagement

  • Improved retention

  • More resilient teams and organizations

We are certain you’ll find immense value in attending this event and joining the conversation!
