Gentleman
This past Friday July 29th, a DoorDash delivery was made to our residential address, for Owen Terpstra, who is an ANS inspector for LCDNR.
Owen walked over the dike and up our private road looking for his food at 5:12pm.
We asked firmly that he not use our address for orders and to relay that to any other co-workers.
Initially Owen was very apologetic and acknowledged his mistake, saying our address was the only address available.
However his apology was obviously insincere as shortly thereafter he gave our lesson based business a one star Google review. The review implied that he called regarding rentals, did not receive an answer, still rented paddle boards, and stated the staff was rude.
Owen has never visited our home occupation as a client.
Although we replied to his review with the facts we thought that you should be made aware as Owen is an ANS inspector, and as such is a representative of the county and LCDNR.
Perhaps the ANS inspection station could have an address assigned so delivery’s could be made for those employees.
Additionally having an actual address could be beneficial for any 911 calls where assistance is needed rather then a general location such as Satanka Bay at the north end of Horsetooth Reservoir.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely
Tracy Gonzales-Ayala
