Hi Kyle,

 

While reviewing the docs in preparation of our meeting, I think I noticed an error in the Annotated Agenda a1.  In the light blue font, it puts Documents 4, 5 and 6  “Draft Volume 7 Child Support / Child Welfare…” as a set.  However, it seems like the set is actually Documents 5, 6 and 7.

 

I underscore the word “think” in recognition that I may be misunderstanding the material references.

Thanks for catching this Mychael, and it looks like the problem is a numbering error due to Document 3 being referenced twice in the annotated agenda, which throws off the numbering after "Immunizations in Foster Care Homes.... (this should be Document 3) and Document 4 should read "Modifications and Technical Cleanup of CO Works" - according to how the documents are listed in the google drive. Thereafter the "Child Support/Child Welfare '' set should read Documents 5,6,7, and First Read Documents should read 8,9,10,11. Kyle, please double check, make corrections and send out revised annotated and abbreviated agendas as the numbering issue appears in the abbreviated agenda. Thank you.
