Good afternoon CCAT Members,

Following up on various updates regarding SB24-213 Exempt Certain Structures from County Regulation please see below and attached for the letter which CCAT has submitted to the Speaker outlining our concerns with the bill.

A reminder that we have asked any impacted/interested members to please email the Speaker with your concerns by COB today. Feel free to use the CCAT letter as a template for your concerns. We are trying to highlight both the legal and land use concerns. Staff is also happy to assist if needed please reach out if you have any questions.

We will continue to update the membership via signal and at tomorrow's noon meeting as to the status of this bill and our other active issues.
