Good afternoon,

As the Congressional Liaison with the Cheyenne VA Healthcare System (CVAHS) with the Department of Veteran Affairs Administration, my primary concern is Veteran healthcare within the community.  My office is located in the Loveland Northern Colorado Medical Center.

I work directly with representatives of the United States Congress and Senate offices to send news and information about VA Healthcare initiatives to work together with them toward a satisfactory resolution of issues concerning Veteran care in the community.

The Cheyenne VA Healthcare System invites you to join us for the Fort Collins Town Hall.  The Town Hall is scheduled for March 9, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The forum will occur at the Larimer County Administration Office, 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, CO., in the Lake and Carter Lake Conference room.

We will have our Executive Leadership of the Cheyenne VA Healthcare System, the My HealtheVet Coordinator, the Patient Advocate, the Care in the Community Coordinator, and other representatives from the CVAHS present.  The Town Hall will address the Fort Collins Community-Base Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in an open forum discussion with the Veterans to understand better how they best receive their healthcare in this area.

The Cheyenne VA Healthcare System is committed to serving Veteran healthcare within areas of Northern Colorado.  I will love to meet and talk about your experience and concern to work towards bringing and promoting a better Veteran’s healthcare experience.

Please forward this e-mail to anyone else who might need to attend.

Thank you for your commitment to Veterans, their families, and caregivers, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Excellent. I was going to inform you when VA gave its official thumbs-up for the plan, but they beat me to it. I believe Duffy will be representing our office at the event. I will be away on vacation.
