[CW] Mileage Rate Increase

Good Morning,

 

GSA (Government Services Administration) announced an increase in the mileage rate for the use of privately owned vehicles (POV) for County business from $.56 to $.585.  According to the County Travel and Employee Reimbursement policy 320.2, "The County’s mileage rate is calculated at 100% of the Federal GSA Rate. When the GSA Mileage Rate changes, the County’s rate will be adjusted accordingly within thirty (30) days."  Therefore, the new mileage reimbursement rate will increase to $.585 effective January 1, 2022.

 

The 'Miscellaneous Expense Report' and the 'Travel/Advance Report' will be available with the increased millage rate as soon as possible.  The current forms will also remain on the Bulletin Board with the mileage rate of $.56 for reporting mileage prior to January 1, 2022.

The mileage rate has been updated in FRAN for the use of the Larimer Expense Reimbursement Request (APOHCSLT) to report all your travel for the year 2022.
