We also discussed the year ahead for Poudre Valley Community Farms. Several updates were shared about our current farm properties and the infrastructure projects that will help strengthen these spaces for seasons to come. We are excited to be adding a high tunnel at the Flores del Sol property!
The evening also highlighted the partnerships that make this work possible. We are grateful for the continued collaboration with the Northern Colorado Foodshed Project and Proyecto Farming, organizations that share our commitment to supporting farmers and strengthening regional food systems.
There is a lot taking shape behind the scenes right now. While much of the work of preparing for a season happens quietly, the energy in the room made one thing clear: the year ahead holds exciting possibilities for the farmers and farmland that make local food possible. Stay tuned.
