Hello All, 

I am reaching out to anyone that can assist me, the State of Wyoming is missing Unemployment quarterly reports for Q2 of 2022 to present Q323, we have requested these for several months and they have not been filed to date, per review of the account we have only received Q223?  I am re-mailing the paper reports that need to be filed but these can also be filed on the WYUI.WYO.GOV account.

I have forwarded a copy of the UKG Package that was sent to Wyoming through Virtru(encrypted software)  The report lists the employee's names and wages.  Please let me know what is missing from the UKG report.

Hi Jasmine,

Can I schedule a call with your supervisor and you ?  I would like to understand why the data is not being collected electronically on Wyoming's side so I can talk with UKG about the Issue.  I confirmed again today with UKG that this data has been sent to your agency electronically.  I only copied one of the reports as this takes awhile to download the data that was captured electronically.

Thank you Amy, I had just looked at your email earlier and responded to it quickly and did not pull up the account, I apologize. 

I have gone ahead now and pulled up the account and reviewed, I have looked at our imaging system it appears some of the reports have been processed it shows they came in on December 14th which is the same day I messaged you,  it takes 24 hrs for it to show on our end which is probably why I did not see them when I looked on Thursday when I emailed you. 

I do show that only Q222 is now outstanding, which fortunately is the report you just sent, I will get that forwarded to our team if for some reason it was missed as it should be showing in the system with the others I would imagine? I did speak with my supervisor, Jessica Clark, she informed me that from her knowledge UGK only files by paper and does not electronically file with us. She stated she will be available tomorrow should you wish to still have a phone conference? Please let me know.
