WHAT

Early this Saturday morning, UKG will be shutting down our site to implement the UKG Pro 2021 Spring Release.  No part of our UKG Pro environment will be available during this update -- you will not be able to access your timesheet to enter your hours or to view your pay statements, etc.  This update is expected to take up to 6 hours.

WHEN

From 12:00 AM through 6:00 AM on Saturday, May 15, 2021.

IMPACT

All functionality will be restored once the upgrade is complete.  Human Resources will send out a follow-up email once UKG has notified us that our site is back up.

You may notice some tweaks they've made to the new menu configuration launched on April 1st.  First of all, the sections (like Personal, Jobs, Pay, etc.) will automatically open to the expanded contents instead of the user needing to click the little downward caret to expand the section.  Second, you'll have the option to change that if you don't like it!  If you click the three vertical dots, a menu opens, allowing you several new options.

  You have the choice to keep that default "Expand All" or go back to having them all collapsed when you first open the menu.

  You can opt to have either Standard or Compact spacing of the menu.

  You can choose to have "Hover Tabs" on or off.  Currently, you need to click one of the icons (Favorites, Myself, My Team, etc.) to see that menu; the new feature shows the menu just by hovering over the icon.
