Larry, The attached information was provided by Heather Hallberg in the City Manager’s Office. The was too large to provide by e-mail. The most important info is in the last file, last item #21 in the Consent Calendar for the upcoming City Council meeting on November 1^st. It involves a major change in the Land Use Code (LUC) to the Land Development Code (LDC-460 pages). This has been referenced in this Sunday’s paper of the Coloradoan. Please review and we can discuss later in the week. I will be meeting with various city staff later this week regarding the impact if any of the new LDC on the Turnberry alignment. Ski
