Hello Commissioners,
Is Larimer County in need of a CBOE hearing officer?
Prior to starting Eagle Appraisal Group, I was an Appraiser IV - Commercial Litigation Specialist in the Eagle County Assessor's Office. I have 11 years of CBOE experience from a county appraiser perspective, presenting support for actual values for complex commercial and residential properties. I also have great experience preparing appraisals for BAA and District Court and presenting as an expert witness. Please let me know if you have any questions or appraisal needs.
