This behavior and lack of any semblance of customer service is completely unacceptable. I returned from Wellington Community Conversation about an hour ago and will do my best to follow up tomorrow with our staff, the AG's Office and perhaps Centurylink as a followup to our commissioner letter. It may be time to go to the press.

June 24 we were told by a friend that our land line phone rang with no answer…no recording either this CL we talked to amada at 866 655 7419 was on a Friday..no answer on a weekend.
June 27 we called Centurylink ( CL) customer service 8002441111. At 800 MST We’re put on hold for one hour after explaining our problem we were transferred to another department where we waited for 70 minutes only to be disconnected by CL
After five hours of waiting and getting no help. They all went home. By the way, their customer service is located in south America. Most of the agents are difficult to understand and had NO authority to assign a technician to our house.
June 28 we called CL at 800 am mst we talked to amanda at 866 655 7419 after a five hour waiting time we were transferred to yet enough department
This process noted above continued for five more days.
June 29 we called 800 201 4099 when we were told that a service call was arranged for July 1 repair nbr 0365194 the technician assured us there was nn issue and a service called was scheduled for July 1 at 3pm NO ONE came to our home. We called at 5pm on July and were told that no order nbr existed. They assured us they would call us back and get a new appoint set JULY 7 we got a phone call confirming the service call for repair nbr 236203 012
July 7 no one ..no service call …no call to advice another no show.
July 7 we called 844 718 1730 after a one hour wait the technician assured us that she had fixed the problem..she “refreshed” the phone wait three hours and call.we did..it still did not work. We called again the next day when can agent after two hours in the phone told us she would call us back..no returned call
We contacted the fort collins office. They had no interest in helping. They gave us 800 nbrs to call.
The rist canyon fire chief is aware of this. She is trying to get it fixed. Not much luck there
We gave up. Contacted Colorado state senator bob woodward who is looking into the issue. The Larimer county operations manager was advised and has no information on how to help us see county commissioner Jody Shadduck-McNally for her input.
Bottom line: this is an example of a corporation who has NO interest in fulfilling their social and ethical responsibilities to an entire community. All employees at CL are participating in this fraud. Everyone involved is now complicit in finding a solution. Please help us
