It’s been a busy legislative session…. Whew, I’m tired and I bet Jenn is absolutely exhausted!  Thank you all so much for your participation and support! Heads up- I’m sending out a doodle poll later today to pick a date for our formal debrief and it will include a remote participation option (but you’ll miss lunch!).

SB25-114 Repeal of the FLEX Program

SB25-245 Housing Development Grant Fund Administrative Costs

HB25-1211 Tap Fees Imposed by Special Districts

Passed but not signed by Gov yet, no reason to believe he would Veto (Unless Jenn believes otherwise):

HB25-1004 No Pricing Coordination Between Landlords

HB25-1168 Housing Protections for Victim-Survivors

HB25-1182  Risk Model Use in Property Insurance Policies

SB25-006  Investment Authority of State Treasurer for Affordable Housing

SB25-008 Adjust Necessary Document Program

SB25-020 Tenant and Landlord Law Enforcement
