HI John,   I sent this message to the County as well as you.    We residents of Larimer County should be proud of the life we live here and support free speech but this sign takes "free speech" too far.  If this is an illegal sign, it has been allowed to be in place much too long and that is a black eye for the Larimer County Government.

My best, Paul Navarre

The large sign, "Resist The Fascists" painted on a large truck trailer and anchored to the ground, along SH 1 and prior to the turn off to the Waverly turn off, is on private property for the past year or so. This signage is political in nature and is vial in its message. I have contacted District One County Commissioner to look into this issue and to see if there is a violation of Section 8.0, County sign code as I do believe there has been but over looked for too long. I and others would like the County to look into this issue as to its status and does this "sign" meet the County's sign code. I would appreciate confirmation of this message and when this issue may be investigated.

Paul Navarre, 925 Cottonwood Dr. Ft Collins CO, Larimer County resident for the past 22 years.
