Host Compliance helps ensure everyone has a good stay in Purgatory

Purgatory Resort is a family-friendly ski destination located in the San Juan Mountains in southwest Colorado. The area’s recent growth created a need for more efficient short-term rental (STR) tracking and monitoring. The resort community quickly reached 99% compliance and the $320,000 in fees collected through Host Compliance were reinvested into community programs and benefits, such as a transportation app for homeowners to provide to guests while they are staying near resort property.
