Hello Commissioners: 

DNR would like to invite you to their Spring Employee meeting on April 1st, 9am - 1pm at the OEM building in Johnstown. Please see Carolyn's email below for the agenda.

Conflicts: 
Shadduck-McNally - MPB Field Tour all day and CCAT Governing Board 8:30am - 9:30am
Kefalas - Habitat for Humanity event 7:30am - 9:30am
Stephens - CCAT Governing Board 8:30am - 9:30am & Lorenda at 12pm

Hi Melissa,

I'm reaching out to see about inviting the County Commissioners to our Spring FTE Meeting on Wednesday, April 1st. How would you like me to go about doing that? Do I invite you and you relay that information to the Commissioners?

Here is the agenda for the meeting:

9:00-9:15 Snacks and Mingling

9:15-9:20 Welcome

9:20-9:35 Celebrating our staff: awards, new staff introductions and anniversaries

9:35-10:25 Work Plan Performances: Each Division will share their plan for the year in fun and creative ways. The best performance wins!

10:25-10:45 Break

10:45- 11:15 The Great Trail Challenge: Mix department teams will work together to solve a real life trail challenge.

11:15-11:25 Telling the Story of the Poudre River Trail: Zac will share the story of the highly anticipated completion of the Poudre River Trail Project.  

11:25-11:35 Celebrating 30 and Thriving: Liz and Korrie will share the impact of the 30 and Thriving Campaign.

11:35-11:45 State of the County: Laurie Kadrich, Assistant County Manager, will be here to share news and updates from the County as a whole.

11:45-11:55 State of the Department: Daylan will follow-up on Laurie’s updates to give a status of DNR.

11:55-12:00 Wrap up with Stories: We will end the meeting sharing messages of our impact captured through the Notes to Nature Project.

12:00-1:00 Lunch
