Gordian recently launched the Gordian Cloud Platform, making our previously separated legacy products available in one place, allowing our customers to easily discover a variety of capabilities to make their jobs easier. This suite of capabilities has always been available to our customers but never in one place. This advancement is pivotal.
Not only can users now log in to a single application instead of several to access all Gordian has to offer, but they also enjoy an improved and usability-tested interface and enhanced functionalities that save valuable time.
A product release is always exciting, and this one was no exception. The process was rooted in human-centered design, a cycle of experimentation, user feedback and product iteration. Spending time with users, seeing how they work, and carefully listening for what is said between the lines is a delicate craft that we continuously work to improve upon.
Innovation happens when we discover existing problems and solve those, instead of inventing problems that do not exist just to fit our own ideas. Arriving at shared user and customer understanding by all, from product managers to designers to developers, we created an environment where anyone who contributes to product creation knows exactly what customer problem they are solving. That customer-first, human-centered mindset was foundational to developing the transformative Gordian Cloud Platform experience.
This launch is only the beginning in Gordian’s journey to unlock new and innovative ways to accomplish work in the construction lifecycle. As we continue to listen closely to our customers, we are poised to evolve the Gordian Cloud Platform in new and transformative ways not previously possible.
