Dear Larimer County Commissioners:

The Larimer County property taxes are already extremely high. It is a fiduciary responsibility to use the funds wisely instead of overtaxing citizens.

I have been lived at this property for 11 years. The property taxes have continued to climb. They are unreasonably high.

Thank you for being responsible public officials.

Respectfully submitted,
Teema McIntosh

Please do what you can to lower property taxes!
Lower mill levy, etc. Elderly people on a fixed income can not keep up with inflation and rising property taxes. 3 Democratic County Commissioners have a responsibility to help keep elderly and others in their homes.

You people are thieves and robbers! 70% increase in my taxes. You need to lower the mill levy. I'm 71 years old, born in Colorado and can't pay this increase even with your measly $100k senior discount!

Good Morning! Hope you are healthy and well.

Please keep our  property taxes a low as you can. They keep going up with the value of my house and I don’t want to move at 69 years old.  Can’t you find a different formula, more reasonable to apply property taxes?

Thank you for your service to the county.

Commissioners. I know the vote is today for property tax rates. Please lower your proposal!! My family is already struggling and if taxes go up more, I’m not sure what we will do as we can’t afford to move either. While interest rates are still high, please keep the property taxes the same or a modest increase at most.
Citizens of the county are struggling, please do what you can to help.

Dear Larimer County commissioners: y husband and I are a retired couple supporting a disabled daughter. The 20%increase in property taxes would cause us financial hardship and possibly decrease our ability to offer the all the needed care for our daughter. Please lower that 20% property tax increase, which should be closer to a 5% increase in property taxes.
Thank you for considering helping your fellow county residents

Please consider how the economy is putting a
burden on all Larimer County residents.   A large tax increase this year will be devastating.
