On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, thank you for taking the time to attend our meeting!

Our President Kurt Kniegge will be happy to spend a day touring with you and meeting with landowners. As you heard the roads are not readily accessible until June so anytime after June 1 would probably be best. Please have your office reach out to Kurt at knie...@gmail.com, 970-690-8385.

Once a date is determined, I will send out an email message to landowners. Our association only meets once per year so that would be the best method of communication. 

We would also welcome the opportunity to have our County Commissioner (John Kefalas) join the tour if possible. I will copy his office on this email but would appreciate it if you would reach out to him with the background from your recent interaction with the landowners?

Please let me know what else I can do to assist.

A few members of your HOA community have requested that I visit and tour the area.  I would be honored to attend a future SCP Homeowners Association meeting during the spring and summer months and spend a few days touring and meeting with property owners.
