CCAT Home Act Amendments & New Meeting Date

Good afternoon CCAT Membership,

Please find the attached proposed amendment concepts for HB-1001 (HOME Act) provided by the bill's proponents. 

Also attached, please find CCAT's initial amendment requests, which are based on the version of the bill that recently passed out of the House.

As a reminder, we have rescheduled our All-Member special meeting regarding HB-1001 to next Monday, March 2, from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM. This change will allow members and staff sufficient time to digest these amendments and come prepared to discuss any potential adjustments to CCAT's position. 

Please also keep in mind that the bill is scheduled to be heard in committee on Wednesday, March 4.
