Mobile Home Park Oversight Program (MHPOP) May 31, 2024 In This Email Mobile Home Park Water Quality Act Water and Wastewater in Mobile Home Parks Mobile Home Park Water Quality Act In June 2023, Colorado legislature passed the Mobile Home Park Water Quality Act, which helps Colorado protect clean and safe water in the state’s mobile home parks. The law created a drinking water testing program for Colorado's mobile home parks.  It requires the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to test the water in the parks, starting July 2024.
