The Downtown Development Authority (DDA), in partnership with Chad Olms from Arx Security Consulting, will host an in-person Dealing with Difficult Customers training for downtown business owners, managers, and employees.
In this class, you'll learn how to handle tough or aggressive people by building your observation skills and using smart body positioning. You'll pick up useful tools like proven techniques and key phrases that help you calm things down when situations get tense. Through interactive scenarios and real-life examples, you'll get to try out what you've learned in a supportive, low-pressure setting. By the end, you'll feel more confident and ready to stay cool and in control during high-stress encounters
The cost of the class is $15 per person, and space is limited to 25 participants. Be sure to reserve your spot soon!
