Behavioral Health Administration Will Host Colorado LIFTS Launch Event at the Capitol
Who: Colorado Governor Jared Polis, Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) Commissioner Dannette R. Smith, Colorado State Legislators, Behavioral Health Providers, Community Advocates
What: The BHA will host a press conference, rally and resource fair to celebrate the launch of the Colorado LIFTS network.
Why: Colorado LIFTS (Linking Individuals and Families to Services) is the state’s newly streamlined network of mental health, substance use, and crisis support for uninsured and underinsured people. Beginning in July, anyone in Colorado can utilize Colorado LIFTS care navigation to get connected to services, no matter where they live or their insurance status.
When: Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
Where: West Steps of the State Capitol, 200 E. Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80203
