I may be wrong, but to me, this sounds like the 'white' perspective.  Maybe we can reword to analyze the power that's implied here.

I wonder if we can include some language from the definition of Inclusion from our other document. Maybe we say something like, "a culture with processes that help everyone in the workplace feel valued and respected." Maybe this adds some of the action Genesis mentioned.

I agree and really like these suggestions! I think focusing on valuing all employees will go a lot further than just hearing them. Being/feeling valued has a lot more weight and I think that does connect with tangible actions too.
